Enrollment Application
Register for Preschool online application
Online registration will provide you with the most efficient processing of your registration, but you can also print an application packet and return it to the IGH Early Learning Center, 3203 68th Street East in Inver Grove Heights. The packet is also available in Spanish.
Required Forms for Application
Proof of Name Document
Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or other verification of their legal name and birth date. If your child was in Little Spartans Preschool before and this document was already turned in, you do not need to send it again.
Immunization Information
Families may submit a print-out of immunization records from their doctor or from MyChart or use the form from the Minnesota Department of Health below. Immunizations must be complete and on file before your child can start class. If your child is due for more immunizations this spring or summer, wait and send us the updated record.
Optional Forms for Application
Financial Aid Request
If you are in need of financial aid, please complete and submit a Financial Aid Form online. Your Financial Aid Request form is due with your application. Proof of income must be returned to the IGH Early Learning Center.

Bus Transportation (4-year-old Preschool Only)
Bus transportation is only available for 4-year-old Preschool students at Hilltop, Pine Bend, and Salem Hills who live or attend daycare within the school attendance area. Preschool students ride the same buses as K-5 students.

Educational Benefits Application
Educational Benefits offer families exclusive deals on everything from utilities like cellphone plans to zoo admissions. An Educational Benefits Application must be completed every school year to continue benefits. All families are encouraged to apply. Preschool scholarships are also available to families who qualify for Educational Benefits.
Return Your Completed Forms
Starting February 19, 2025, at 7:30 AM, return your forms for 2025-2026 Preschool via:
- mail or in-person to the IGH Early Learning Center, 3203 68th Street East, Inver Grove Heights, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
